Honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve carrier has uniform microporous, its pore size is comparable with the general molecular size, it is an inorganic microporous material composed of SIO₂/AI₂O₃ and alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, specific surface area 300-800 ㎡/g, it has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, non-flammable, good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability.
Honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve is a kind of high efficient molecular sieve adsorbent with good adsorption performance, no secondary pollution, and can be regenerated at high temperature; to deal with the same working condition of organic waste gas, the life of honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve is 8-10 times of the life of activated carbon. It is widely used in adsorption and separation, catalytic and environmental fields, and is suitable for the treatment of organic waste gas with large air volume and low concentration.

Highlights: simple and traditional structure, easy to operate; not subject to sealing conditions, the desorption temperature can be selected from high temperature desorption; especially suitable for easy polymerization, high boiling point, indirect conditions, to solve the problem of rotor and activated carbon
Application industries: rubber, coating, printing, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electronics, smelting, new energy, batteries, plastics, coatings and paints, food, chemical industry and so on.
Applicable VOCS types: benzene, esters, ketones, alcohols, ethers, aldehydes above C4, alkenes, alkanes.
Working temperature and humidity range: adsorption temperature ≤40°C, humidity ≤75%.
